Before joining Reliance in 2002, Suresh ran a software company in the United states that produced optimal resource management in shared data network pipes. The architecture had patents in Suresh’s name for capacity planning on data networks for Quality of Service data networks.

Prior to his entrepreneurial stint, he was Director of Engineering at PMC Sierra – A semiconductor company. He also worked at Hughes Network Systems in Germantown, USA as Principal Engineer for High speed data network design for Frame.

A growth specialist with 25+ years of demonstrable results in both startup and mature environments in Telecom, Technology, and Professional Services, with a passion for digital technologies and the benefits they bring to businesses and society.

Former Regional CEO and Head of Business Unit in a global company, and CEO of an Internet startup, with extensive international leadership experience in sales and deal negotiation, strategy and M&A, service delivery, and P&L management.

A global player, Paulo built and led, diverse and talented teams across multiple geographies and managed C-Level Customer relationships in over 20 countries.

He is currently advising and investing in small and mid-size Technology and Professional Services companies, working with founders and investors on portfolio and go to market strategies, partnerships and alliances, and sales development towards Telecom Operators and large enterprises.

Since 1998, Anukumar has successfully incubated new businesses within the organization’s and has been the customers custodian in scaling it to the other countries

Anukumar pursued Entrepreneurship from 2017-19 & founded a Cloud Kitchen in Goa, catering to 200+ outlets with a positive turnover within 6 months of operation. The venture was successfully exited in 2020 by 100% stake sale to an overseas investor.

As CEO of Cubictree Technology Solutions from 2020-21, he revamped led the Cloud Transformation & Seed funding for the organization. During Covid, he sustained a business of USD 1MN with “zero” customer attrition

As Sr. Director SAP Concur from 2016-18, he setup operations which focused on 100% SaaS business in India. Achieved a Revenue Under Management of USD 20MN including Global Accounts.

At Microsoft for 10 Yrs (2005-15), he spearheaded change management to cloud transformation for CatA B2B customers. Launched Skype for Business (VOIP) with a 100-member team in a record 1 year

With Wipro from 2000-05, he was a part of the ISP team which made it a profit venture in a record 1.5 years Distinction from INSEAD in Business Strategy and Kellogg on Marketing Excellence. Alumnus of IIM-Bangalore with accreditation in Digital Marketing and Media Analytics

Rajesh has over 29Years of experience in the industry with 20+ years in telecom. Extensive experience in setting up Telecom Architecture, Network Integration, Digitization and Product Development.

Rajesh has build many systems/products for Tower and Mobility Businesses and have integrated IT / Network for CDMA/GSM (3G&4G), Enterprise services, Full stack development for DTH — all from green field to steady state.

Before Reliance he has worked with Wipro Technology Ltd. and Automation of Processes for Reliance and Grasim Industries.

As AVP at Reliance Jio, Dhruv has led the Enterprise product development team for Data products. With expertise in Customer Lifecycle Management, he has setup the 1st Revenue Enhancement & Retention framework for Pan India B2B segment

Prior to joining Reliance Jio, he has worked at Reliance Communications (RCOM) for 9 Years in 2 different stints. Recipient of CEO’s Elite Award, Dhruv has successfully led the 4G transformation for the company. As Head Data Services, he was responsible for 6M acquisitions / month, managing an existing base of 50 M with revenues of 500 Cr.

In his Head Business Intelligence role at RCOM, Dhruv spearheaded the 1st team of Data Scientists to deliver operational saving & pinpointed business insights for Top Management decision making.

An entrepreneur who has created and led three successful global businesses, K. Paul Singh is a strategic thinker with expertise in building highly-effective organizations to deliver superior performance and customer experience. In addition to being the Founder and CEO of Rezon8 Capital & Advisory Group, a private equity firm that invests in and mentors the founders and CEOs of its tech-driven portfolio companies, Mr. Singh also serves on the boards of InterCentrus Global Data Centers, Inc., US Matrix, Inc., Opinionmeter, Inc., and ECMC Group, and serves as a business advisor to several privately-held growth companies and VC funds. He is a NACD Board Leadership Fellow.

Prior to forming Rezon8 Capital & Advisory Group, Mr. Singh was the Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Primus Telecommunications Group, a publicly-traded global telecommunications company. Between 1994 and 2001, Mr. Singh grew annual revenue from zero to more than $1 billion. Additionally, he led the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) on NASDAQ in 1996 and raised $1.4 billion in public equity and debt over a 10-year period. Prior to Primus, Mr. Singh served as Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Overseas telecommunications, Inc., a company that ranked 80 on the Inc. 500 in 1990 and which was acquired by MCI Telecommunications in 1991. Mr. Singh then served as Vice President of Global Marketing for the $10 Billion Large Accounts division of MCI for 3 years.

Over the course of his 30-year career, Mr. Singh has garnered numerous accolades. In October 2010, he was named “#1 Top Performing CEO of Public Companies with Annual Revenue Between $100 Million and $999 Million in the DC-area” by the Washington Business Journal. He also won the prestigious Ernst & Young “Entrepreneur of the Year Award” in 2000, the TiE DC “Legends Award” in 2017, and a Stevie Award for leading the “best business turnaround.”

Mr. Singh has also been active in numerous philanthropic organizations over the last 20 years, including supporting the Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation that supports inner-city children, the Loudoun County Free Clinic, INOVA hospitals and its nursing scholarship program, the American Heart Association, and Hoop Dreams, a Washington, DC-based organization that supported underserved inner-city high school students in their pursuit of attaining their college educational goals through mentoring and scholarships.
