    Data Interface Capabilities

    The Nextqore platform provides Flexible data export capabilities, enabling customers to transfer out from AnySource Combiner – Combined Fit for Purpose data (CFFP) or Data Reason Builder – Ready for Reasoning data to their desired destinations, data in transit is not available for API consumptions. Data can be exported using either a push or pull method:
    PUSH METHOD
    Ideal for sending select datasets in real time. This approach is triggered by events, notifications, alerts, or system-initiated actions when data is ready (e.g., periodic reports).
    PULL METHOD
    Suited for customers who prefer control over the timing and frequency of data transfers. This method is useful for periodic data extraction, scheduled jobs, or aggregating data into a data lake.

    Data transfers can be scheduled at defined intervals or initiated on demand. The choice between on-demand and scheduled transfers often depends on the data packet size:

    • For smaller packets, on-demand transfers are recommended
    • For larger packets (over 10 MB), scheduled transfers or on-demand transfers with system notifications are preferred to ensure readiness

    Bulk or Segmented Data Transfer
    Bulk or segmented data transfers are designed for customers who need to export all or specific portions of their data to a defined destination. Standard-based connectors, such as FiveTran and Zapier, enable seamless transfers to the customer’s destination data lake.

    Large Data Volume Handling

    For substantial datasets, Nextqore offers customizable native solutions tailored for bulk or segmented transfers. Detailed options are available upon request.

    Selective Data Access
    Selective data transfers allow customers to export specific subsets of data. For instance
    • Fuel tracking data can be transferred to an ERP system to verify and approve vendor-submitted bills
    • GPS data of a vehicle can be shared to validate driver duty claims

    The Nextqore API framework supports both synchronous and asynchronous data transfers, configurable for on-demand or periodic exports to predefined endpoints or storage locations.

    Data Transfer Options

    Synchronous API
    (up to 10 MB)
    • Parameters: Data Transfer Type, Time Range Filters
    • Provides immediate data streaming with a maximum size of 10 MB
    Asynchronous API with Polling (over 10 MB)
    • Returns a unique request ID upon invocation
    • Customers poll the API to check data readiness
    • Provides signed S3 URLs for data download, valid for a predefined period
    Asynchronous API with Callbacks (over 10 MB)
    • Parameters: Data Transfer Type, Time Range Filters, Callback URL
    • Sends results to the specified callback URL, including signed S3 URLs for data download
