Shruti Kharbanda


Management consultant since 2019, advising Entrepreneurs and Family business in the UK, EU, and India to uplift revenue through global expansion & setting up channel partners, and reduce OPEX through innovation and operations excellence.

Alongside pursuing Executive MBA from the University of Oxford, she founded a start-up in 2017 in luxury fashion space.

From 2013 to 2017, she managed a portfolio of Fortune 1000 US-based global enterprises at Vodafone Global Enterprise. Prior to her stint in Vodafone, she spent 6 years at Ericsson, where she designed telecom managed services framework to standardise customer practices. This framework introduced new ways of working to reduce OPEX, enable best-shoring, setup ‘Centre of Excellence’ in Romania. It also helped and secure managed services deals across UK, Europe & US. She earned two international recognition awards as a leader for winning services deals and transforming operations.

Previously between 1999 and 2006, she worked in various companies across India, China and UK. She briefly worked at Nexagent, a UK start-up to productise an innovative Network Management Solution (NMS) for large multinational enterprises to manage their global enterprise network (WAN) across multiple service providers. She also worked at Reliance Communications to improve operations performance through implementation of new systems. Preceding Reliance, as a Chief Architect for a Chinese firm in Guangzhou China.

Shruti is a UK citizen. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering, postgraduate in Global Business from the University of Oxford in 2016 and Executive MBA from the University of Oxford in 2018. She is pursuing Professional Certificate in Data Science from Harvard University.

She is an avid fan of Marvel Avengers and likes cooking, reading and music. She enjoys long walks with her dog, kickboxing and yoga.
